Understanding Our Return Policy

At Bumble & Stinger Co. we want you to love your purchase and our products. We are a small business who handcrafts & designs everything we create. We do our absolute best to make sure you receive quality products in a timely manner. Our goal is to minimize the need for returns, so we are always happy to help with concerns with your purchase.
Our Return Policy: If your item is eligible based on criteria listed below, you are entitled to an exchange and/or credit to your account for a future purchase. You must contact us within 2 days of the delivery of the order. Any contact made after that is not eligible under this policy. Any return requiring pictures must be sent when requested in order to continue the Return Process. Failure to submit pictures within 2 days of our request via email will result in ineligibility for returning items.

Refunds

Our company is a small business operating without a factory to mass produce items. Currently, we do not offer refunds through our business. However, at our discretion, we do offer exchanges and credits to your account for future purchases in place of a refund, should one be needed.

Agreeing to Terms & Conditions

Every purchase you make through Bumble & Stinger Co. is subject to our Return Policy. When you make a purchase, you agree to our return policy terms and conditions. You (the customer) claim full responsibility for ensuring order details are accurate and complete before purchasing. Bumble & Stinger Co. is not accountable for incorrect order details once purchased and/or processed. While we will do our absolute best to catch any mistakes you may have entered in during checkout, we cannot guarantee incorrect information will be monitored for accuracy. You assume full responsibility in contacting us using the Returns Form on this page no later than 2 days of the delivery of your items. Otherwise, you agree to disqualification of return eligibility. You agree to our no refund policy with each purchase. You claim full responsibility to recover shipping costs in the event the address was inputted incorrectly on your behalf. When ordering a personalized item from Bumble & Stinger Co. you agree it is not eligible for a return unless otherwise specified. As a part of Bumble & Stinger Co. refund and damage policy, you as the customer take full responsibility in any damages that may be caused by our products. Bumble & Stinger assumes no responsibility in the event you or someone else’s property is damaged by our product(s). You agree to using our products responsibly and do not claim ownership over our products unless otherwise previously agreed upon by our company.

My order came in damaged, what can I do?

What a stinger! We want you to be happy with your purchase- from start to finish. We hate to hear our product was not successful in its flight from our hive to yours. We understand shipping services are not always proficient in their own journeys. If your order came in damaged, we ask that you contact us within 2 days of the delivery to your hive. Any contact made after that time frame and a return will not be considered. Please take pictures of your package and the items as soon as you receive them.
When you reach out to us, please contact us via the Return Form on this page with the following information: First/Last Name, Order Number, Email Used, and a brief message. We will get back to you in a timely manner to rectify the situation. Please note: while our worker bees may not respond with buzzing speed, our response will not hinder your ability to request a return.
**To help ensure a future damage does not happen, we need to visualize how the order was damaged (this helps other bees in their future purchases). Your request will require submitted images of the damages done to our product.** These images will be requested in our response to your return request.

I put in the wrong address, can I still get my order?

Autocorrect is so helpful and so clumsy at the same time! Depending on where you are in the order process, we may be able to correct the address the items go to. If the order has already been fully processed and a shipping label has been created, we are unable to change the address it is going to.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay another shipping fee only to recover the cost of the incorrect label that was printed. Our company does not profit on shipping costs, which is how we are able to keep them so low. However, if a new one needs to be created, you are fully responsible for that cost. You do not need to pay for the ordered items again; just the shipping label only if the original package is sent back to us undamaged.

My package was lost/stolen, what happens next?

If another bee took your package but the courier marked it as “delivered”, you will need to reach out directly to that shipping agency with your tracking number. Bumble & Stinger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Though, we do ask that you reach out to us immediately in the event this happens. Our company wants to share the honey with you, but if you were left with a sting instead, we want to do what we can to help. At our discretion, you may be eligible for an exchange and/or credit to your account.

My order never came at all, but tracking shows it’s en route

Our shipping times are varied and can have factors like the weather, holidays, location and more. We estimate 3-10 business days for shipments, but usually it’s quite fast. Sometimes, it may take a bit longer of a flight from our hive to yours. We apologize for the delay if this takes place. If you still have not received your order and it has been longer than 10 days since tracking number was given, please contact us.
**We do not give refunds for delays in shipping, but unexpected major delays with proper communication to our company may be eligible for a small credit back to your account for future purchases.

My package arrived…but with the wrong items

Our worker bees meticulously process orders to ensure the highest quality of service. However, our company is founded on invisible illnesses and we too, can get brain fog. In the event you received an order with the incorrect items, please reach out to us via the Return Form on this page with a brief message.
**Your inquiry will require submitted images of the items received so we can track down where the order was intended to go.
Please take pictures of the items in your package as soon as it is delivered and reach out to us within 2 days to correct the issue.
You will not be responsible for another shipping label fee in the event this occurs. You will not have to re-purchase your correct order items; they will be sent to you with priority shipping once contact is made. To avoid a hassle and extra work on your part, you may also keep the items you received and are not required to return them.

Can I return a personalized product?

Unfortunately, a customized/personalized product is designed to be tailored to one individual. Unless the item was damaged it is not eligible for return. However, in the event a personalized product was received and was incorrectly made based off the order submitted, the item is eligible for return under our standard return policy procedures. Please use the Return Form on this page to contact us.

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Once an order has a shipping label created, it is not able to be cancelled for its flight from our hive. However, if it has not been shipped, the order can be cancelled. We do not offer refunds, but a credit back to your account will be placed at our discretion. This action may take a few business days to reflect.
To minimize the chances of this occurrence, please look over all details of your order before placing your purchase.

I got my order but I just don’t like it

The sting you feel with unhappiness is the same sting we feel when your purchase does not meet your expectations. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery of your order using the Return Form on this page to briefly explain what you found unsatisfactory with your purchase. We will do our absolute best to rectify the situation.

I paid full price but now my items are on sale

To be fair to our customers and keep our inventory fresh, we will occasionally mark things on sale and put them into clearance. Unfortunately, this has no effect on prior purchasing you have had with us. Unless an item meets our Return Policy criteria, it is not eligible for a return if it goes on sale.

At Bumble & Stinger Co. a lot of our items use adhesive and various other materials that can potentially damage some surfaces. With each purchase you make, you agree to take full responsibility of any potential damages that could be caused by our products. You take full responsibility and do not hold The Bumble and Stinger Company liable for potential damages caused. Furthermore, you agree to be responsible in placement of our products and shall not put them in any location that is not permissible by law.
We want the world to see our stickers, but only in the most bee-utiful way.
