At the Bumble & Stinger Company, we understand how much anxiety can rule your life. Here, we’ve created a list of common questions you may have about our products and process. We update this regularly to ensure the most common questions never have to go unanswered. No one likes to contact someone else for a simple answer!
Common Questions About Our Products
How durable are your products?
All of our stickers are made using xxxxxxxxxxxx. This means our stickers are water-resistant, UV resistant and long-lasting. We know just how important versatility of location is for sticker placement. Our stickers can be placed on many surfaces. Please note: our stickers are not graded as waterproof at this time.
Our custom greeting cards are designed and printed on 110-pound card stock, with the same laminate our stickers get. This allows for water-resistance and longer-lasting quality, too.
All of our wood-crafted items are coated in xxxxxxxx once completed. This allows for the item to be water proof and more resistant to scratches.
What size options are there for your products?
Depending on the item you are interested in, there are a variety of sizes available. Most of our stickers average in size of about 1-3 inches on either side (height/length). Our custom greeting cards average in size of about 4-6 inches on either side (height/length). Since all of our products are handcrafted, sizes will vary between items. If you are interested in an item and would like a specific size, please reach out to us during the order process and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Where does your art come from?
This is a very straight-forward question that deserves a transparent answer. None of our art is done through AI technology. The ownership of the art is by The Bumble & Stinger Company. No art files were purchased elsewhere and resold here. The art and the designs come directly from the creator of this company. While some designs and/or ideas are similar to other companies that exist, the art in our products are ours. Note: most of our products are themed around real-life medical issues. This means certain phrasing and/or content used in our art is common and does not guarantee intellectual property ownership to our company (e.g. a sticker that says “it’s just anxiety”). While the art is ours, understand certain words/phrasing is not guaranteed to be a copyright/trademark by Bumble & Stinger.
A lot of time and energy went into the graphic designing of the art used for our products.
The ideas and inspiration for most of our products come from real-life experiences of our worker bees.
Do you offer files of your products instead of the end-result?
All of our products are handcrafted and have associated files for their graphic design. We do not list the files in our shop, as some bees will buy it and resell the art in their own hive, with no recognition of the original artist. To combat this, our products listed have a watermark on them in our shop. At our discretion, if a file is requested for purchase, please contact us so our company can discuss further. Note: we recognize other graphic designers, their work and their right to sell files of their work at their discretion and do not diminish this as a form of art work and career category.
Can you reuse stickers?
Stickers are designed for permanence and not to be reused on surfaces. However, if you have a reusable sticker book, they may be reused. This is not guaranteed.
Can I customize a piece?
More than likely, yes! Since our company digitally creates our products, we are able to manipulate the art into what you are requesting in most cases. Names, colors, patterns, words/phrases sizes and placement are usually all customizable on most pieces. If you want to know if the item in your cart is able to be personalized, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can customize for you. This cannot be done after the order has been placed.

How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Bumble & Stinger, we accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay, and ApplePay. You will see all options available to you during checkout. We do not accept checks at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Time frames may also vary during the holidays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time our worker bees are unable to fly from our hive to international locations. We are a U.S.-based location. Check back in the future for changes to our worker bees flight paths!
What is your return policy?
At Bumble & Stinger, we are committed to making quality products you love, while also spreading awareness of very real medical issues. If you need to return item back to our hive, please visit our Return page to view our policy and request a return.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We want to ensure your order goes from our hive directly to yours! You will receive tracking information once your order is processed (typically 1-2 business days after purchase). Please note: you will be redirected to the couriers website for accurate tracking updates.
Is my personal information secure?
Here at Bumble & Stinger, we take the security of your personal information seriously. No one likes the sting of their information being sold or stolen. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your information will only be used for order processing and will not be shared with any additional third parties. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
I have not received my order and it has been longer than 10 days
That stings! If you have not received your order (or an update about your order) our worker bees ask that you reach out to us ASAP so we can track down the flight from our hive. We will do whatever we can to rectify the situation. We ask that you allow the estimated time frame for the order to arrive before reaching out.
